1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pkpkp website located at pkpkp.io, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, game interfaces, cashier systems, and account management tools.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an eligible player for the purpose of accessing and using the pkpkp Platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any natural person who has registered or is seeking to register an Account on the Platform.
• "pkpkp" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the pkpkp Platform and all services offered thereon.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, which are tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, free-spin winnings, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer product, crash game, bingo title, or slot machine made available on the Platform by third-party software providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the pkpkp Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account or use any service offered by pkpkp. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. pkpkp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You must not use the Platform if applicable laws in your jurisdiction prohibit online gambling activities. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the pkpkp Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. pkpkp makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any particular jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on the pkpkp Platform at any time. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pkpkp reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently terminate duplicate Accounts and to withhold any balances associated with such Accounts pending investigation.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. pkpkp will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pkpkp support immediately via the 24/7 live chat facility. pkpkp accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.2 Account Activity

Accounts that remain inactive — defined as having no login activity for a continuous period of 180 days — may be classified as dormant. pkpkp reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts after providing reasonable notice. If a dormant Account's balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Players may reactivate dormant Accounts by contacting support.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the pkpkp support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to their applicable rules and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkpkp currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The cashier section of the Platform will always display the current list of available options.

4.2 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on the pkpkp Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to BDT deposits or withdrawals. Where a Player deposits using a Visa or Mastercard issued in a currency other than BDT, any conversion will be handled by the issuing bank and is subject to that bank's exchange rates and fees.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. pkpkp reserves the right to modify these limits at any time, with changes reflected immediately in the cashier interface.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Accounts are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier. For bKash and Nagad withdrawals, processing typically completes within 15 minutes of approval. pkpkp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

pkpkp is committed to preventing financial crime. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal that triggers our internal risk thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the Account being restricted or closed and the matter being referred to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives offered by pkpkp are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotional offer page. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — for example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate than slot games.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pkpkp reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinating bonus claims across multiple Accounts, and creating Accounts solely to claim welcome offers without genuine gaming intent.

5.4 Promotional Calendar

pkpkp offers seasonal and event-based promotions aligned with the Bangladesh gaming calendar, including BPL season specials, Eid reload bonuses, Pohela Boishakh offers, and T20 World Cup betting promotions. All such promotions are time-limited and subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

pkpkp offers over 500 casino games including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, bingo titles, and table games sourced from certified third-party providers. Game availability may vary due to technical maintenance, provider restrictions, or jurisdictional requirements. pkpkp does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error during active gameplay, pkpkp's decision on the outcome shall be final. Where a malfunction voids a game round, any stakes wagered in that round will be returned to the Player's Account. pkpkp accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures outside its direct control, including Player-side internet disconnections.

6.3 Fair Play

All casino games on the pkpkp Platform use certified random-number generation technology supplied and audited by the respective game providers. pkpkp does not modify game outcomes. Any Player found to be using software tools, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage will have their Account terminated immediately.

7 Sports Betting

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed on the pkpkp Platform are subject to acceptance by pkpkp at its sole discretion. pkpkp reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued and displayed to the Player within the Platform interface.

7.2 Odds and Markets

7.3 Void Bets

7.4 Results and Settlements

Unofficial or provisional results will not be used for settlement purposes. pkpkp reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation and to reverse settlements where an error is identified.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pkpkp.

10 Privacy & Data

pkpkp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkpkp will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention agencies as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkpkp shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

pkpkp's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

pkpkp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registration information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct.
• Bonus abuse, collusive play, or use of automated betting software.
• Failure to pass age or identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against pkpkp without prior support contact.
• Any conduct that pkpkp reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Upon termination for cause, pkpkp reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a Player-side breach, Bonus Funds will be forfeited in their entirety. Real-money balances may be returned at pkpkp's discretion following completion of any applicable investigation.

13 Amendments

pkpkp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkpkp will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or via the email address associated with your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkpkp is registered and operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through our support channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

pkpkp operates as an international gaming platform. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws in their jurisdiction, including Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) where time-sensitive promotional terms are concerned.
